Happy 4th of July! My pets had an interesting one this year! The dogs first had a group picture. As you may have noticed, Bunbun was wearing red, Karamale was wearing white, and Spikey was wearing blue. Guero was wearing all three colors, and I should have a picture of him soon. Anyways, after I took their picture, they went off and played in the backyard. And what did they do? They ate grass. They had freetime all day (hey, it was Independence Day, after all). However, nightime came, the fireworks started popping (very loud actually) and it frightened my poor pets! Ofcourse, Xiri, Angeldove, and Tubby could care less, but the dogs did not like them at all. So they hid behind the washing machine until the neighbors finally decided to quiet the fireworks down a bit. Bunbun wouldn't mind the fireworks if you were with her and would chase you around the yard. Spikey was scared when he was with another dog, but if he were with a human, he too, pranced about. Karamale was scared out of her mind and refused to come out from behind the washing machine, no matter how much I soothed her and petted her gently. I couldn't make them a red, white, and blue meal, so I just served them one of their favorites - chicken soup. And that, my friends, was my pets' 4th of July.
